John Boruch

John was most recently President and COO of Amkor Technology. In that capacity, he lead Amkor from a start-up with little revenue, to a $3Billion world-class leading-edge Assembly & Test company in 6 countries and key strategic manufacturing partner for many of the world’s leading semiconductor companies. John challenged the notion that assembly and test excellence could only be found in semiconductor companies and was the original visionary behind the Outsource Assembly & Test (OSAT) model. John holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.


Mike O’Brien

Mike has held numerous positions with Texas Instruments (TI), launching TI in Malaysia, Singapore, The Philippines and Portugal, and also serving as a Regional Vice President. He held senior-level positions at Amkor Technology, supporting the growth of the business from a start-up to over $3Billion with locations in 6 countries. Mike has also been Chairman and President of a telecommunications company and CEO of Solar-Ray Technologies. He has served on several international Boards. Currently, Mike is Senior Principal of Cibolo Partners in Texas. He holds an B.S. in Industrial Engineering form Texas A&M.


Chester Kennedy

Chester has more than 35 years experience in the aerospace and commercial electronics industries. During his tenure at Lockheed Martin, he held a number of key leadership roles in engineering, program management and business development. As CEO of the International Consortium For Advanced Manufacturing (ICAMR), Chester builds upon ICAMR’s early entry into the smart sensor market and facilitates partnerships required to help industry transition to the new era driven by the Internet of Things. He supports STEM outreach and serves on Florida’s For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) executive advisory board. Chester holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.


Lydia Hammock

Lydia has 35 years of experience in the semiconductor test space working with and for major Device and Equipment Manufacturers. Her breadth of experiences surrounds Failure analysis, Reliability, Characterization and I.C. Test Solutions. For the past 19 years Lydia has been the CEO and Owner of ELH Technologies representing companies needs supporting  the areas of failure analysis, device characterization and modeling and production test. Lydia has also held positions of Field Engineering, Marketing and Test Equipment Engineering.


Seyed Paransun

Seyed has an extensive background in the semiconductor and electronics industry and is best known for his ability to lead change and transform business for increased productivity and profitability. Seyed has held positions at Amkor Technology as Vice President of World Wide Test, Vice President and General Manager of NXP and Vice President of Atmel and more recently President of R&D Altanova.


Dr. Teresa Pace

Teresa obtained her doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. She has over 25 years of technical experience in sensors and systems engineering, encompassing a wide variety of applications. Teresa has held positions at ICAMR where she helped transition high tech sensor technology into real-world products, SenTech LLC as Director of Engineering and Lockheed Martin as a Chief Engineer. Currently, she is a Director at L-3 Integrated Sensor Systems Sector, focusing on systems engineering and image and signal processing solutions for Advanced Programs.


Cathy Boruch

Cathy has held positions such as General Manager - Human Resources and Communications for Boeing and Senior Vice President - Human Resources for Amkor Technology. She holds an MBA in Management and Marketing and is a member of the organization of Human Resources Worldwide.
